At least 3 people were wounded in a blast occurred in "Chat" shop situated at Liaquat Bazaar, the busiest bazaar of Quetta.

According to details, some women went in to Chat house and ate Chat there and once they left, the blast occurred, causing injuries to 3 people who were working in the shop at Hari Kishan Road .

The first floor of the shop was partially damaged in the blast while windowpane of some nearby buildings was also shattered.

Ambulances and Police reached at the site. According to bomb disposal squad, home-made bomb was used in the blast.

On the other hand, women wing of Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility of the blast. It may be recalled here same type of blast was occurred in ice cream and juice shop at Mezan Chowk in Quetta on June 16, causing injuries to 4 people.
